April Break Vacation Week Programs at CCW

We are excited for April Vacation week at CCW! We will enjoy time together and special activities during the week. April vacation at CCW will be Tuesday, April 22nd through Friday, April April 25.  CCW is closed Monday, April 21st for Patriot’s Day. (Please see attached schedule of activities.) We will have fun on April Break at CCW and enjoy time with friends. This is an In-House prorgram for children currently enrolled in CCW.

April Vacation sign-up, payment including extra activity fees, permission forms and menu forms (if applicable) are due no later than Wednesday, April 9th by 6:00 p.m.

Daily Activities (You have already indicated the days by signing up):

Tuesday, April 22  ($80.00)  Earth Day! We will enjoy earth day activities, games, and an earth day movie! Please send an allergy aware lunch. CCW will provide snacks.

Wednesday, April 23  ($85.00 + $10.00 field trip fee)  We are headed to the XtremeCraze in Woburn, MA for the inflatables, arcades, and lunch, and laser tag for interested children with parent permission in CCW grades 2-5 only. We will have ice cream at Dairy Joy on our way back.

Thursday, April 24  ($85.00 + $10.00 field trip fee)  We are excited to go to Action Athletics in Wellesley for Ninja Warrior Activities and Games followed lunch at Paparazzi in Wellesley, MA.               

Friday, April 25  ($80.00)    It’s frisbee and Hoola Hoop day! We will be making Hoola hoops and playing with frisbees and Legos. Please send an allergy aware lunch. CCW will provide snacks.

Daily Vacation Details and Notes:

Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided by CCW each day. Lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Please send an allergy aware lunch on Tuesday and Friday, **If your child is attending the field trip days, please also complete the permission and menu forms attached.

More April vacation sign up details:

Please read the following carefully, as there may be some different drop offs and pick-ups than you are used to. Details and information will be sent to you the Thursday before vacation week with drop off and location details. 

-CCW is closed on Monday April 21st - Patriot’s Day.

-CCW opens at 8 a.m. Tuesday – Friday. Please allow teachers to arrive and set up prior to coming to the door for 8 a.m. You may call any time beginning at 8 a.m. and after, when you arrive at the door to sign your child in with their teacher. Please sign in at your child’s respective CCW location.

-Lunch – please send lunch on Tuesday and Friday. Lunches should be allergy aware and free of peanuts, sun butter, and tree nuts. CCW will provide lunch on the other days and the details are within the daily description sign ups. *Please complete the menu and permission forms for your child on the form here and return to CCW no later than Wednesday, April 9th. Please email or send a copy of each child's field trip waiver. 

-CCW closes at 6 p.m. 

-If your child will be absent, late, or will not attend, please call the respective classrooms

-Please send clothing appropriate for the weather as we will play each day outdoors.
