Thank you for your interest in the Children's Center of Weston. Please be sure you have taken time to read the 2024 - 2025 enrollment applicaion letter. Spaces will be very limited due to high family re-enrollmets, large number of incoming kindergarten siblings, and space for the spaces that remain. 

If you are interested in applying, you must indicate this by applying for the 2024-2025 school year, and by submitting the enrollment application forms and non-refundable enrollment fee.  Enrollment application forms must be submitted to the Children’s Center of Weston as per the instructions below. Enrollment application forms will be accepted through April 22nd. All families submit enrollment application forms yearly. *It is important to note that submission of the enrollment application form does not guarantee placement*.  You are on the waitlist until approved, at which point you will be contacted with next steps.

INSTRUCTIONS:  

Step 1. Go to the program page here: https://app.formconnect.com/public-program/365   Click the Register button below, and then create an account within FormConnect. During the registration process you will add your first child's profile to your account.  If you plan to enroll multiple children, you will need to click add participant from the dashboard to add your other children to your account. 

Step 2. Select the 'Waitlist - 2024 / 2025 Enrollment spot' option along with your child as the participant.  Click add to cart.  If you are enrolling multiple children you can click ‘Back to program’ button and then add each additional child’s enrollment spot to your 'cart'.  You can use discount code SIB25 to receive $25 off for each sibling's application fee.  Only use the sibling discount code for each additional or subsequent child that you are submitting the application for. (The discount does not apply to the first child’s application fee.) 

Step 3. From the cart page, you will need to click into the application for each child and complete / submit the entire application.  An application must be completed and submitted for each child.  Note that all required fields are in red. **Important , once you submit the application you will then need to click to agree to the terms and finally hit the 'Checkout' button to process your payment and finish the registration. 

For each child that you intend to apply for for 2024/2025 you must complete 1 application and purchase (non-refundable enrollment application fee) 1 waitlist enrollment spot.  Once application forms are processed we will be back in touch with next steps and information of  an acceptance into the program or waitlisted to the the program.
